steve IMO is the best guy to deal with for customer service. my controller died but we thought it was the pump so i sent it in. he checked it and it was ok so i shipped the controller which was the problem. he fixed one of the drivers that had broke and gave me a tank gauge ($12 upgrade i think) FOR FREE!. he said since i had to ship it all to him not to worry about the guage or fixing it. that IMO is the best type of customer service you could ask for. he has spent many hours helping me out and just talking over the phone with me. i WILL be buying upgrades from him in the future and from now on anyone who asks me about an alky setup will be getting referred to steve b/c of his outstanding customer service and kindness.
