Still having site problems

On my iphone 4s, i only see posts that were from yesterday. For example , in the parts for sale section,no new posts from today show up. That also goes for my ipad mini. On my dell laptop, i cannot use google chrome. I can use internet explorer without a problem. Anyone also having these issues?

I don't understand why this is the only site on my computer that I have problems with. The back arrow has never worked and now half the time I can't log into it as it says the webstie is unavailable. This is an HP laptop not a little mobile device and runs Windows 7.
