strange intake sound

Help, I just recently got my 87 gn back on the road after a year and I hear a strange fluttering sound comming from the area of my open element filter every time I lift off the throttle after boost. I cant remember if this is normal. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a little turbo "sneeze."
Perfectly fine.
When the butterfly in the throttle body closes abruptly, the remaining pressurized air shoots back out of the air filter with a fluttering sound.
