Turbo Break in?

Hey i tried looking through the archives but couldnt come up with anything. How long should you wait to get on it? I just put on a new pt44 thanks

The way I see it, if you have oil flowing through the bearings then you're set. I think only engines really need a break-in period. I have a new turbo and I would boost it on up to 25 psi if I could. Unfortunately, my engine has just been rebuilt and I have to cruise for a good while before seeing how much more power this turbo has over my ole TE-60.
