Where do I take my crank to get inspected in Chicago?

Hey I got a stock crank that is doing me no good and I want it to find a good home. Who in the Chicago area can inspect, polish, and possibly cut a crank? I'm on the south side so the closer the better. I just got off the phone with Weimer Machine in Berwyn and they wanted $35 to inspect, $59 to polish, and $199 to cut. Are these prices out of line or do they seem reasonable?

Just found Midwest Engine. They said they'd polish and mic it for $50 and $85 more if they have to cut it. That sounds a lot better.
