where does this go ? please help

in the process of install my rjc power plate and a couple other pieces and noticed these 2 ports unhooked on the throttle body can someone tell me where they go or do i even need them. the car ran with them unhooked. thanks

water coolant lines, not needed and can be left disconnected. used to warm up the throttle body for colder climates.
