Window problem

I can adjust it in or out, but is there a way to adust the heighth of the front or back?
The front of my passenger window jumps up when raise it. I need the back to come up to clear the new insulation towards the top of the B pillar.
Weatherstripping isn't much fun.

This should be as simple as locating the 2 upper and outermost bolt heads on the inside door skin. These are just the stops that the 2 golf t's stop up against when its raised. You may have to readjust both to get the best fit. I just recently readjusted mine, I also had to adjust the slide adjustment from front to back, which is a same size bolt head and is located at the top middle of the door and the mid bottom.
