Recently received all my items back from machine shop and in the process of assembly. One thing that is going to be needed is a 0.005" under chain due to the block line hone. However the cam is a billet roller from ATR. Is there a source for purchasing these .005" chains besides ATR? My centerline distance between cam spocket and crack gear changed by .0075-.008" so a .005" should work nicely! TIA

Cloyes Undersized Timing Chain sets .:)

#9-3132-5 - .005"

# 9-3134-5 - .010"

I just went through this with my stage 2. I had been using the Cloyes and I switched over to the Rollmaster with several crank positons (9 degrees advance to 9 degrees retard). I don't believe you can just by a shorter chain, from what T A Performance told me, the gears (both) are different on the -5 and -10. Cost for my
-10 was $110.
Good Luck,
Jeff

The chain set part numbers I mentioned are 3 piece sets not just a chain :)

chain

IMO, nothing beats a Rollmaster. I have used both and the Roll master does not stretch as much as a Cloyes. As Jeff said---the chains are all the same length---the gears are cut different sizes for the undersize sets.

AWESOME! Thanks for the help all. KWIRK, 9-3132-005 was given to me by calling Cloyes support line directly. I am now in the process of finding a supplier to order from. Anyone know where to buy from? Ramchargers? TA performance? TIA!

Mike, I have -2, -4, -6, -8 Rollmasters in stock. They have the odd fire cam gear that is needed for billet roller cams. Give me a call if you strike out locally.

Cal, I wish I would have known that you carry something other then -5 and -10. The -10 that I am using is a bear to get lined up and installed (very tight).
Regards,
Jeff
