1/8 to 1/4 mile times

I was just wondering what was the equation to convert the 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile. Did a search but couldnt find it. Thanks

Multiply by 1.54.

With a turbo Buick which tends to be a very quick car for it's MPH, it seems to be multiply by 1.56 or 1.57. The 1.54 may be for more balanced cars, that have good topend, but certainly can't launch like a TR. As always, that multiplication factor is pretty general.
