Guys and Gals,

Who is running a 10inch rim with 28X10.5 tires and did not
have to notch the frame??? What back spacing are you using?
Thanks in advance!!!

John,

I run the 28x10.5x15 MT ET drags on Weld 15x10 rims with a 4.5 BS and I havent notched a thing.

I have some pics if you want to see what it looks like.

HTH.

I would like to see that.I have 28x11.50 et streets on the stock rims and they rub.Do the tires stick out of the wheel well?

Shoot me a pic too. I have been contemplating a 28" tall tire but I am worried about rubbing. TIA, Bob

Hook a brother up. I would love to see a picture.

Thanks in advance!!!

I would also like to see those pictures of your wheels. I currently use Weld 15x8 3 1/2 B.S. I didn't know we could use a 15x10 with the 28x10.5x15 MT. Thanks!!

I have Weld Draglites for mine in both 15x8 (28x10.5 slicks) and 15x10 (265/50-15 BFG Euro TA's), both with 3.5 backspacing. My car sits quite a bit lower than normal as the springs have sagged and both sizes will rub the outer wheel lip over moderate bumps without air in the airbags. Some of the other guys here run 15x8's and 16x8's with 4" bs and their 10-10.5 in. slicks squeek against the frame rail when turning. I would like to see the pics too to check this out as none of us has run 28" slicks on a 10" wheel of any backspacing.

Buicksx2,

Can you send those pics to me too? This is exactly what I was looking for...
