109 rotating assembly aftermarket

I have a solid top end that i need to build my lower end for.
I want to go steel caps no girdle. I have a stock 109 never touched.
Looking to build stroker if possible but not necessary. With the best internals.
Maybe somebody has one ready i can give my block in swap?
Or someone change their mind and has an assembly .lmk.
I only need short block preferably with cam

Setup ran it's ASS OFF this was a 10.0 setup on E85 and VERY Small Turbo !

Its an Eagle Crank .. thought it said Eagle 4340

best for what ?

if I had to pick best of all .. neither would make the list .. but for a 9-10 second car .. Eagle gets it done .
