2002 Dodge Caravan question Code P0740

Hello All,

My father in-law has a 2002 Grand Caravan 3.8 with about 72K. Noticed that the cel came on. Scanned it and came up with a code P0740 (Torque Converter Clutch Circuit).This only started happening after the battery was replaced. Please let me know where to start looking. Anything around the battery location (sensors, connectors) that could have been knocked loose?

Also..note code...clear and drive to see if it comes back....if so flush trans

The Google search indicates this is a fairly common issue...

FWD Chrysler transmissions were crap during those years, you are lucky to get 100k out of one. Could just be a lock-up solenoid. Definately not like the old Torqueflite
