2056 or 2057?

Are the front turn signal bulbs 2056 or 2057's ? I am a little confused ??

Is the only diff. between the two is that one is clear and one is amber ?

I thought the 56 series were single filament and the 57 series were 2 element. I would need to look but not 100% sure.

correct-the 1156 is a single filament while the 1157/2057 is a dual. An amber bulb will have either "A" or "NA" after the bulb number.

The 20 and 30 prefix's on these bulbs just mean a higher amperage bulb (brighter) so I am glad that kh440 was able to chime in.

if there are only 2 wires going to the plug- a positive and a ground wire- then it's 56.
if there are 3 wires going into the plug- 2 positives and one ground- then it's a 57.
