4.1 w/ported heads and a stock turbo...

Do what? Run a stock turbo? I probably won't be being that I have a TE60

I was simply asking a question.

Unless of course you were asking why I would run a 4.1

You would be short on air for that motor. You would be at the point where the turbo starts losing power becasue it's so small. The TE 60 should work good.
