Anyone ever try running a .85 exhaust housing on a PT51 turbo?

to go along with this, they made a .82 or so housing for a stocker. Anyone ever try this just for kicks?

Can't say as I have, but I'm pretty close to that. I'm running their .85 on my TE44

Dave,
Do you think going to the .85 was worth while? What gains did you see?

I'm really itching to break the 120mph barrier and would like to do so without locking the convertor. I'm running 117.5mph with convertor unlocked now. 119.75 with it locked.

I gained just over a mph when switching to it. Somewhere (as near as I can tell), between 1.25 to 1.5 mph.

You will gain MPH but will spool way slower..now if ya has the rite converter..problem may be solved.
