87 gn miss fire PLEASE HELP

car is a 87 with alot of mods been sitting a while got out to go racing while weather cool and it start stumbling when it cruising about 50 mph on and off i have replaced everthing on it over the weekend except the esc module while car is at idle it runs fine rev it up till about 2 grand it starts missing unplug esc it seems to clear up. car was running fine has all the high performance bolt ons made 720 hp on dyno at 24lbs what could it be causing it to act this way, any help greatly appreciated

found the problem cam sensor the roll pin was broken in half on the gear
