9" Art Carr Stall?? help!!

im about to buy this converter from this guy but before i do i need to know what the stall is on it .... its part #16930 Art Carr 9" stall converter i looked up this part on the art carr website and it looked like they didnt have different stall options available for this converter but im not sure...it is a non l/u converter....but is it 3200 stall or not??? the guy who is selling it is clueless as to the stall ..does anyone have a clue...

Only way to know is..

Send back to Art Carr and see. We serial number each to an invoice and tech sheet so I am sure they do the same , Maybe this could be a quick way to find out. Call and ask them.(1-800-ART-CARR)
Just cause it is an Art Carr 9" does not mean it is one particular stall.
It depends on who built it, what it was set up for , and how is your combo related to the combo originally purchased for. This is exactly why buying a used converter is not such a hot idea. Unless you know the absolute full history of that particular peice.
