Hey -- AC blows cold -- but, only on the lower speeds. High does not work. I know there's a separate relay -- which one is it? And, is it a dealer only item?
thanks

The relay is mounted on the side of the underhood a/c shroud--very close to the a/c fan motor. Before you replace it, make sure the connections are all clean and tight. A lose connection will make the high speed not work and will probably burn the flat pin it's plugged into. A bad relay does the same thing, but if it's the flat pin connection and you replace the relay you won't fix the problem....
Don't know if it's dealer only. Call AutoZone and ask 'em. It's the fan relay.

If only the high speed is missing on your fan, this is a common problem. The problem is in the red wire that carries power for the fan high speed. Trace the red wire from the fan to its connecter in the wire harness. Usually the connecter melts and the red wire does not make contact any more so the high speed goes away.
