I'd like to share just a line or two about my recent purchase of the Translator Plus and Extender chip. There were some initial pains at first that had to be worked out, (a previous post had my info. on a POP, POP probelm), but other than that the system seems to be working very well. In fact the car I do believe is running stronger than it has ever run since I've been the owner. The ability to adjust timing advance for me, is invaluable. The fuel adjustment is very nice as well. All in all I would say I'm about 95% satisfied with the product, which is good considering usually I'm about 70 to 80% satisfied with most products I get. So if I could go back in time I would do it again, no doubt. - BB

BB, good to hear everything is working. I have a 96 and 100 octane (Xylene) Trans + setting you might be able to use as a Base starting point. My car is mostly stock like yours. You can always start with less boost and timing, and more 3rd gear fueling, and work towards my settings to be safe. Here it is:
Trans + tune for 96 and 100 octane Xylene mix
