There is a new 8 sec. (best time was 8.17) GN in Robert's garage. It was delivered last night and it just needs Robert's stage two engine to be installed.

Cool, i gave that roller some serious thought but did not want to be limited to super 16.
Good luck with the project!

couldn't you get better pics of it.

We have to ask Robert for more pictures. This one was the best of the three that he sent me. The car is definitely built for speed (recently certified for 7.50). It came with a Fab 9" rear, Strange 40 spline axles, coil over springs, wheelie bars and parachute, Precision 88 turbo, liquid to air intercooler, built 400 trans and an 8" 5100 stall converter, Bank to Bank Fast, fiberglass front clip and doors, Lexan windows, 33" wide tires, CO2 air shifter with separate RPM shift module and rev limiter and a Turbo Action shifter. The weight is about 2800 lbs. so it should haul. Robert was talking about changing the color but I am trying to convince him to put the motor together and get the car into the sevens first. (he also needs to think about a fire suppression system and frequent change of underwear)

Thanks for your help with the '86. I know the wait will be worth it. I renamed 80's muscle business to just M 80's. Does not quite fit but sounds good and I can visualize a whole marketing theme using the abbreviation. I can see it now; the big chested girls with the M 80's Tee shirts!

Robert?

he's some bozo from the booines of calif, has his own junk yard, oh excuse me, car collection, and now buys a low rider, er race car, and expects us all to be impressed,

Hey Robert, hows that?? LOL ;)

he's a super guy, that has more buicks then all of us, and has helped nearly everyone, so if he needs any assistance all he has to do is call,
hope to see this one running soon!

Robert, you need to bring that thing down to Barona and help me beat up on some of these V8s. They're only a minority that I can't handle, but sure would be nice to show them some high end V6 muscle.

I like the color!
