Its a car for sale that has all of it removed or , if you will , deleted . If all parts was there how big a job putting all that back together ? I'm guessing its more than I can handle tho

Might as well go aftermarket ac since its out.when i had my 79 chevy short bed, i was quoted $1200 to install my aftermarket ac and i already had the unit.shitd, I did it myself for less than $50

It is easy, find a donor car or a complete assembly. Remove passenger fender and it is a walk in the park. I have a complete heater box but the cost to ship will be stupid.

If is was removed the right way and plated up with the correct parts, it would not be hard at all.

If plates were made and welded in, then it might be a little work to put back original.

Finding the required parts might be difficult depending on the system used not only is the car over 30 years old but there were two types to be had.

Like stated before, it may be better to go aftermarket. There are some products out that are very tasteful.
