Anyone running 43ts or 42ts ac plugs in their car. What gap are you using? Thanks

I believe I gap mine around .030" ........... seems like the factory plug gap recommendation was slightly higher...... but the concensus here is close the gap a little if you are running more boost. In my case.... I am running 23-25 psi..... I chose 1 step colder on the heat range than stock too.....

CR42TS @ 0.030"
Factory had two different specs on gap. One was 0.045" and another was 0.035", one was on the underhood emissions label the other in the manual(service or owners, not sure).
I had to experiment on plugs and gaps a little, always used AC.
$0.02

ACCR43TS plugs with .032" gap and 26-27psi. peak boost stock heads and cams. both cars.

Stock Ign. as well.

My car has very few mods. Should I run the hotter or colder plug?

Only mods are: THDP, Adj FP, Hooker exhaust, Dutweiler neck, 16 lbs boost.

I've always been told to run as cold as you could w/o fouling problems..... with that said... I definately wouldn't go hotter.....
