the car has now 3 times when on the highway started to hesitate and i watch the rpms jump around( i have no lock up converter) the car feels like i am tapping on the gas off and on, like it revs then no and it feels like its missing but im not throwing and codes and all vitals seem fine and ideas

it hesitates sometimes when shifting in between gears, and in the city it seems to drive just fine????

tried my othe joe lubrant chip same result and it also does it in the city but it doesnt do it until you drive for about 5 minutes or more
