Alternate sources for AC Compressors

Good evening. Are there any other GM cars that carry the same exact AC Compressor as the 86/87 TurboBuick? I called an auto parts store inquiring aboout a new or refurbished AC compressor. They told me there are different versions for the Turbo equipped Buick vs Non Turbo. The AC unit for the Turbo model was alot more expensive.

Curious if this is true. Does any other GM car have the same exact AC unit, that I might be able to source from. Please post info. Thanks

Harrison R4. It's everywhere. Difference is usually in the pulleys. (I think there are 4 variations)
There is no rebuild kt but it can be re-sealed so you can keep your original.

90s Camaros with 2.8 engine have the same compressor with the correct pulley. In many cases, however, they won't be any good. They leak around the front of the case.

They are still available from the dealer. There were also a few for sale on here. I bought one and there was at least 1 more.
