Mostly 78-80 model Buick Regals and Pontiac Grand Prix's.
You do have to modify them some to fit the 81-87 Regals, but it will work.

Got the alum. core support and an alum. spare today. What's the going rate on these things? Might decide to sell if it's too much of a pain to install.

Put the core support on the scale: 12#s! Anybody know what a stock support weighs? Also weighed the alum. spare: 23#s. Does anybody have DETAILED info of the mods required to make this support work? TIA

Stock steel support weighs about 25lbs. As far as detailed modifications, there is very little to be done. You might have to drill a hole or something like that. If you can get one for $25, I would get it. I never sold one for less than $150.
