they are pontiac gta's 16x8 with the centers moved (deeper dish) to GNx backspace spec.. -15mm front, -23mm rear
the gnx was modified for clearance to accomodate the additional push out and had and the lips cutaway on the fender and inner fender and then installed an inner fender insert and riveted it all together, the lower rear plastic wheelhouse was cut away and a plastic patch installed to increase the clearance when turning because they rub without the patch (rick hunt -xray- sells the patch kit), at the rear they cut off the lips at wheel opening riveted the outer quarter panel to the inner wheelhouse and then covered all the cutting with the fender flares . depending on your ride height and tire choice you may need to roll the rear lips
just be aware that depending on tire choice ,ride height, suspension stiffness they may hit or rub when turning or on bumps , or with a load in the back or when body rolls
im sure if you wanted them as four fronts restored he could do that too
