Arp main cap studs

When I opened up my motor to change the rear seal I noticed it had ARP main caps studs. Would you say these increase the strength of the bottom end? If so, How much stronger?

yes-they increase the strength-considerably.

when you feel how the cap fits over the studs you can feel how the studs help keep the caps from walking

They will help a good amount as long as the engine hasnt seen detonation. providing the align hone was done properly and the bearing clearances are ok.
