ATR Rear Shroud for Stock Intercooler??

I was wondering if anyone knew or has this intercooler shroud made by ATR that bolts in the back of the stock intercooler? Its basically a shroud that has angles on it that supposedly lets the intercooler fan pull more air to the intercooler?? I bought a dutt. neck intercooler that has this ATR shroud on it and was wondering if that really works??

You don't want that piece of junk. It restricts flow, doesn't help it (especially at speed).

Kenne-Bell had an intercooler fan shroud in their catalog from the early 90's. I don't recall one from ATR.

Yeah, I think im going to rip it off, I dont see how it can possibly help airflow in any way??
