autometer tach wiring

I've got an 86 GN with a digital dash and don't know where to wire the green signal wire onto from the tach.

There should be a green spade plug coming off the alternator wiring harness. Attach a plus to the green wire from the tach and hook up the power and ground and you should be good to go!

see that green connector right behind the alternator there? try and find that and plug into, thats your tach plug in.
