Bad computer will a lesabre computer work?86-87

Well i have battling my lean running machine for months now whenever i jump on it 02's start high 900 in one frame then 500 next frame then 200mv had to lower boost to 15 pounds.Then one day my car started idling real high i shut it off didn't start thought the hot wire was bad hook up stock wires no didn,t hear the pump cycling jumped fuel pump with a switch from battery car starts.Whenver i turn the car when it has been sitting for about 10 minutes it will crank but wont start but when i jump the fuel pump with battery voltage the pump comes on then the car fires runs fine as long as u don't turn it off and try to restart it. now i made a toggle switch from my battery to my fuel pump so it will come on then i shut it off car still runs,it surges on very ligh throttle 1.2v on the tps like its got bad maf but i just replaced it my 4th one,put new pump.fuel filter 30green stripe injectors new,new 02 still runs lean when u floor no matter what the boost is it must be lean cuz at 20 psi i get kr with alky on,car used to run 12.7@107 now all i can do is a 14.0@98,new valvesprings as well,tried diffrent chips,atr pitbull chip,i used to run with strip chip 20 psi no knock the good old days ,it seems to not run lean with the old kb chip 9006 17psi can u use any other boneyard computers somerset regals,lesabres,3.8 fi?

Must be part #1227148. Make sure you use your cal pak from the current ECM, not just your chip.
