My 87 T has a gross loss of power and doesn't even do a burnout. I took it to a GM dealer to get it diagnosed and they said it was a bad coil+ignition module due to 1 + 4 cylinder not firing. I bring the car back home and swap the coil and ignition off my GN into the T and the car really runs like **** now. I no for a fact that the coil off my GN is in perfect running order. Any ideas?

first of all, check your ccci fuse, that got me once. went through 3 good module and coilpack suntil my stupid ass decided to check the fuses. that will really kill the car. also, the last time i had a no start condition and i was certain it was the crank sensor or a fuel problem, i followed the no-start troubleshooting in the shop manual and it led me to a problem with one of the wires going into the 14-pin connector that goes into the module. if its not the ccci fuse, you may want to look into that.
