BAD noise outa turbo and brakes

Alright. As I said before in my earlier post, my boost guage was not lighting up past 3 bars and the car was running slow as hell, not passing like 55mph. Well I wanted to know what the hell was wrong so i powerbreaked it a little to see if i could build boost on the guage past 3, and nothing happened on the guage but after i went and stopped, it got really screwed up. I heard this wierd f'n whining sound from the turbo going up and down that i never heard before, and my breaks got all jittery and rough and are mmaking th emost god awful noise in the world. The car now books like a bat outa hell, even without the guage working, but all this other bad noises and brad breaks and ****. Any clue as to what happened?

Before you put your foot anywhere remotely close to the floor you need to STOP!

I see you are running the stock boost gauge...the little lights may look cool, but thats all they do....Before you do ANY more boosting put on a good aftermarket boost gauge!

Second...you have no mod's listed in your signature? Do you have a Fuel pump in the car? (Walbro 340M, or 307)

Do you have an adjustible Fuel Pressure Regulator?


You need to invest in these items, and a Scantool before you start toying with these cars.

I just got this car back from the body shop , and its basicaly stock nothing to it. Its my only form of tranportation and i'm 17. I'm taking it to my autoshop class first tommorow to see if the teacher knows anything at all. Its making this f'd up noise when I turn the steering wheel too, same as the brake noise, the accelerating one is a little different. This damn car has been nothing but a money pit since I bought it when I was 15, I have yet to ever just get to drive it and have a normal day, like not once. I just got totaly drained paying to have it fixed at the body shop .

The braking system on your car gets it's power boost from the power steering system. Have you checked the fluid level in the power steering pump? How about the brake fluid in the master cylinder?
