Best mig welder for less then $175?

Can anyone help me out with some info and or opinions. Im looking for a mig welder and accessories needed to weld stainless steel and mild steel piping. The piping i need to work with will be anywere from 1.5" and 4" in size. I saw a 90 amp mig in the harbor fraight ads for $100. But really I only know what job's im going to use it for, and thats mainly stainless steel piping and some sheet metal work. Im not sure of what brands, how many amps i'll need(to do the work i want it to), could anyone chime in? Thanks in advance!

you will not get a good mig welder for less then $500.00
if you want a good one get a miller 130amp 110v. IT will weld mild steel up up to 1/2 inch . 3/8 alum and 3/8 SS . but you will need to buy a bottle of argon for alum .a bottle of tri mix for SS. and you can use a bottle of co2 for mild steel. plus each kind of wire. now your up to about $850.00 plus.

Jpp is the one who has always repaired my cracked headers on all my cars over the years. Never have i had any problems after he fixed them up for me.
