Using the Casper Coil/ign tester with the adapters for plug wires.

Another way is to measure the resistance of each wire.
You will need to know what the factory standard resistance is per foot for these wires that you have.

any thing more than 100ohms per foot and they are on the way out, 50ohms is pretty much the bench mark now

As posted above, it matters what the wire manufacturer's spec is. Because the spec on a factory wire is 7k per foot.
