I am looking into getting the BuickGN.com Big Mouth Cold Air system for my 85. Before buying the kit I wanted to find out if anyone has had experience using this system with either an 86/87 MAF or an LT1 or LS1 MAF. Are there problems using these MAFs with this setup? Were there any special mods that needed to be made to make these MAFs work on this setup?

i run the lt1 maf with basic translator with the www.buickgn.com big mouth cold air kit
Get the chrome one if u can, it looks real cool.
it works great and needs nothing, as far as adjustments
just put it together and be done with it
plus if u have no cat converter or a gutted one
this kit will really make your car whistle like a mofo
u will notice people staring like "wtf is that ?"
