Big washer for balancer bolt

I'm building another motor and need the big washer that goes with the big bolt for the crank balancer...is this something I can get easily...at a hardware store...GM dealer...etc or do I need to talk to one of the used parts guys...

GM part number 25525918. If you want to go used its the same for all 1987 and older V-6.
