I assume you are talking about a main cap girdle? If so, the point of the girdle is to be stiff, and aluminum is one-third as stiff as steel so you will need 3 times the cross-sectional area. That means most likely a thicker girdle and definitely much wider webs with counterweight clearance and windage issues.

No pictures-nothing on paper yet,but it will follow the same lines as stock.
I will try to set up meeting with builder.I have to find a dummy grille first to use as a base line.Will give feed back later with some info.I'm would like to see our cars with billet grilles.They make them for alot of other cars,why not ours.
