Blinkers Dont Blink

well my right side blinkers are perfect,
but my left side is mighty goofy,
before it blinked super quick so i put in new bulbs, autozone says are right, and now the left light stays on for like 5 secs, blinks 1 time, then takes another 5 secs to do it again!

and when i turn on any headlights... the left blinker icon on my dash lights up and my blinker to the left doesnt work with lights on!

someone must have a solution

Probably the turn signal flasher is defectiive. There are 2 flashers, one on the fuse block and one that is in its own holder just to the left of the steering column between the steering column and radio. You want to change the one that sits between the radio and steering column. That is the turn signal flasher, the one on the fuse block is the hazard warning flasher.

Kragens, Schucks, autozone, pepboys, napa or any local autoparts store. Just tell them you want a heavy duty 2 prong flasher.
