Is there a procedure or parts list written up anywhere for doing this? Anyone have any insight or photos on doing a really clean job here? I don't want any bolts stuck in a hose with a hose clamp tightened against it or hardware store plumbing fittings on my car.

What i did and it looks factory. I went to Pep Boys and bought some vacuum blocks. I took the coolant hose running to TBI unit and cut in half and just made a circle on the coolant pipe and hose clamped. I then used the vacuum blocks and put them on the TBI unit. Very Clean and neat;)

I just looped mine from the feeding line to the return line and put vacuum caps on the fittings on the TB.
Some guys will use plugs in the hoses and reattach them to the TB to look stock...but how many of these cars are stock anyway? ;)

wait...why do you put vacuum blocks in the TB??? mine are just open...the coolant line that is...do i need to put vaccum blocks in there? if this is the case...this what may be causing my code 44 problem at idle all the time! i ask this because i thought that line going through the TB was for coolant only...

Thanks that helps.

d0n_3d- sounds like the vacuum blocks are for appearance only.

If you pull your throttle body, to have it ported for instance, you can pull the connections out of the throttle body with pliers since they are just press fit in place. I looped a small heater hose from supply to retrun on the coolant tube connections.
