Blue Wire Sets

Anyone know if there is a precut Blue Wireset Available for us ?

I did some searches and saw MSD has a red set, and most of the other are kind of do it yourselfers..

Id like to get a good set of Blue that will fit in the stock looms. (8.5mm)

Jacobs are light blue. Magnecor used to have dark blue wires, they might still.

UPDATE

Well i went with Moroso's P/N 72665 (thanks for link TWOLANE). I ordered them a few weeks ago and put them on Yesterday..

The fit isnt that great on the drivers side (too long)..

The weird thing is there were 7 wires in the box!. The odd one was a good 1.5' longer than any of the stock wires..

I hate being cynical about such matters, but just goes to show, unless you get it from a Turbo Buick vendor, it probably aint going to fit right.

The so-called 3.8 sets are just that. For the 3.8's, NOT the turbo motor, which is completely different from the N/A 3.8's that the "3.8 sets" are made for. There's a reason for that 7th wire. Cuz the set's designed for a distributor equiped car, NOT ours.

I got a perfectly good set of blue Jacobs from Connolly's down in TX.

I wonder if they're still in business? Their link is no longer working.

Yeah your right... I was hoping to get a set from one of the vendors, I strongly beleive in supporting the TB vendors and also am a supporting member of this site. Discovery of this site has made owning this car alot more fun.

Back to the wires, I spent time searching here, but it seemed the vendors seemed to supply either black or red. shoulda picked up the phone...

Keep an eye on those wires for breakdown.
I hada set on my Cutlass 10 years ago and they went real high resistance in about 3 months.
They may be made better these days,but the set I had weren't worth a fiddler's fart.
