ok before my setup now

I had the stock regulator, THDP with test, thrasher 92 chip, boost air fuel knock gauges

I was getting knock at about 15 psi

someone pointed out that I need 45psi static pressure for the chip

so in the same day I put in a 60psi regulator(waiting for my adjustable), RJC power plate, and installed the BSC controller from ramchargers

I drove the car last night at WOT, knock gauge stayed in green and did not budge, my boost went to 16-17ish

tonight I tried the same thing and it was at about the same psi

now just for the hell of it I wanted to test the boost controller to see how it was working, I put it on minimum boost cause I was scared of messing with it without knowing what was going to happen

so I hit it, the boost gauge went up to 15psi, passed it and stopped at 20-21psi, no knock on gauge, second gear hits and the gauge starts going yellow, 3rd hits and it goes to the last yellow led and thats where I stopped

how can I prevent knock in other gears? I was running 93octane and 1 quart of xylene(heard its good to get octane up and clean injectors)
before anyone says it, I have a hotwire racetronix pump kit on its way and the adj FPR

I am afraid that they wont arrive fast enough for when I go to the track on wednesday

so what can I do as a safety net precaution?
I am going to buy like a 5 gallon of xylene tommorow(which by the way can it be mixed with 100 octane unleaded?)

anything else?
sorry for being so long

thanks

Carl

The best way to prevent knock is not run the car until it is right. You'll just be disappointed by the results and you may damage your car. If the Fuel pump and AFPR don't show up by wednesday, don't go to the track.
