Ok I took my 89 Turbo TA to the dyno and made a few pulls. The results were 321hp at 3500 rpm and 473 ft/lb at 3600 rpm with 19 lbs boost but, the boost dropped to 15/16lbs at about the middle of the runs and stayed there. I know the turbo is too small because it is the stock one. Is that what happens when the turbo is under sized? Maybe it is just running out of steam or could it be something else? Let me know.
