Boost Spike.

I have a TA60 turbo with a Art carr 3,500NL convertor, heavy duty wastegate, terry houston 3 inch downpipe, with a DC valve for boost control, everytime i go WOT the boost spikes to 25psi then settles around 21 psi, that is a spike of 4psi for about 1 to 2 seconds, is there anything i need to check or do to prevent this from happening. any imputs are welcome..

PS.i dont see any knock during this spike at all but i dont want to take any chances..

it's pretty normal to see this,but how big is your wastegate hole on the turbo,with the TPDP is needs to be 1"...any less and you could get creep or spikes...
