Just wanted to know if you can stitch in flat bar with a mig welder with the control arms on the car?

"It could be done but better with the arms removed. You should replace the bushings too as the stock ones are way too soft and replacing them with poly-graphite ones really helps traction. I did my own with some 1/8" mild steel plate, from a sheet metal shop, trimmed them to fit and wire feed welded them in place. I also welded the spacers in place while the bolts were run through them and before installing the plates. You can buy these plates already cut to fit from HR Parts. HTH Gene"

Honestly...Boxed mine w/the poly bushing.

Hardly any difference in traction, was disappointed.
