Price for headers and exhaust without cat and down pipe?

I asked for just the downpipe but he didn't want to separate
I dont know why. it will all sell if the price is right those pieces aren't married together, he may be stuck with the cat for a while but thats it..
and he has to list a price or its gonna be deleted..

It looks like the downpipe and cat will have to go together as it appears to have been cut and part of the downpipe is attached to the cat.

Not necessarily. Mine was cut. Had to cuz the exhaust guy welded it together which I didnt want. Now has V band flange so I can swap between test pipe and cat. Easy to make up the difference. I dont know why so.eone would want to use a used cat anyways

Thanks for info. Maybe it's just the angle of the dangle, but to me it looks like the downpipe is cut above the last bend and the last bend is welded to the cat???

Think you are right, not a big deal though. Any exhaust shop can make that little slight bend.
All in all this seems to be a good deal with everything inclided and the seller responds quickly to texts.

What about this option:
Cut off the Cat inlet flange, with the small welded DP section intact.
Then separate the two welded pieces.
Then weld the salvaged piece back onto the DP thus making it full size/shape again.
