I have a few aluminumoly sticks. Can I use them to repair this cam sensor and how would you do this?

Id let a welder fix it. It could probably be welded from the botom.

Yes!! Piece of cake for a "real" welder, more than one way to skin the cat on that but I would fix it with oxy-ace outfit myself with a V cut and some brass. More ductility and just as strong / or stronger than original.
EDIT: did not read you post, just looked at the pic, so this is even easyer to fix i.e. G.T.A.W. (TIG) than stated above. That was for cast iron or steel.

EDIT AGAIN: You might want to run a very small bead of silcone on the broken side to glue and hold than just snug the screw on the other side so as not to tilt the cap. I know a guy that has been running around with one screw only for years in his unbroken cam sensor. :)
