Car acting funny

Problems:

1. Retard got up to 19 while doing a WOT run on 15psi and 90 octaine gas (the best they have around here). Fuel pressure at 34 psi. Car still seems very strong, won a good race right before i noticed the retard was real high.

2. It throws a code 45 for about 3 minutes once an hour. It doesn't stay on the dash, but it stays on my scanmaster until i unplug it's power and lets it reset. Injectors not leaking, and O2 sensor, air filter, spark plugs and wires just replaced.

3. Whenever i get on it full boost i leave a nice black smoke cloud behind me till i let off.

I'm thinking all these are some how related, just can't figure out how.

Do you have a scan tool handy? What is your Block Learn [BLMs] at? have you noticed any big exhaust leaks and/or vaccum leaks?

I don't have any leaks that i know of....i'm thinking the black smoke out the rear might have something to do with having no cat installed. It's removed with a straight pipe in it's place.

Which injectors and which chip are you using? My BLM's are around 117 at idle too and I don't have the same problem. Fuel pressure seems low to me.

You black smoke is just unburnt fuel from running rich- [Thats better than white smoke.] Block learn @ 115 isn't too outrageous 128+/- 10 @ idle is where you should be.

How much gas was in your tank - if it was less than 1/2 closer to 1/4 you might of just been out of gas under acceleration.

If i raise my fuel pressure won't that make me run richer?

I have stock injectors and chip as far as i know.
