Ok so last week I failed NJ emissions chip by a pretty high amount. Checked the fuel pressure and noticed it was 50 with the hose off. I got a new fuel pressure regulator and set the fuel to 38 with hose off. But, the car still runs rather rough with the emissions chip installed. The car itself is basically stock. Does the emissions chip cause the car to run rough, or do I have another problem? Usually I run my car with the turbotweak street chip and it runs like a champ.
