Have had dual fans on car for about two years,no a/c didnt drive car much,ok here goes a/c now fixed plan on driving car a little more dual fans run as long as a/c compressor is kicked on or ecm calls for fans;
have standard fan adapter with center pin installed for manual switch in car; when first installed had bad grounds (very hot) fixed that problem with good grounds.now that fans will run more is factory wireing/ relays enough to run them??? all wires run cool to the touch checked dc amps tonight both fans on ,pulls about 23amps when fans kick on amp load goes up to about 45-55 amps but only for a second(only way you can see it is on the meters max hold option)then goes to the 23 amps and stays there.so with all that said do i need all the extra relays and wires from caspers or not????? sorry so long but you need to know all the info!!!

My stock fan plug eventually melted (took a few years) with my dual fans. I installed Casper's relays and they work great. I wired it up so that I get the fan w/ the A/C (which also causes the fans to run with the key off when it's hot, so you have to remember that).

Get the relays from Caspers-single for single fan or dual for dual fans, Work grear. Brad
