Purchased a knock gauge about three years ago and last week got around to installing it after my audio knock failed. The unit didn't light up. Call John and got a RGA# because it was out of warranty. Told John to call me when he knew the repair cost.
TODAY, I received a NEW unit with NO CHARGE. This was going BEYOND GOOD SERVICE.
